Tattersalls Ireland February catalogue out

TATTERSALLS Ireland has catalogued 328 lots for the February National Hunt Sale, which will be held on Tuesday 3 February.

While mares and yearlings make up the bulk of the catalogue, the sale will also include 50 stores and horses in and out of training, who are scheduled to sell during the afternoon.

Among the eye-catching lots is a colt by Westerner out of a sister to Grand National winner Comply Or Die, a filly by Oscar out ofa sister to high-class hurdler Spirit Leader, a daughter of King's Theatre out of the top-class Wicked Crack and a brother to the high-class pair R de Rien Sivola and Pur de Sivola by Robin des Champs.

Recent graduates of the sale include dual Grade 2 winner Gorskeagh Royale, Cheltenham Bumper third Zaarito and Wheresben, successful in the Paddy Power Chase at Leopardstown last month.

CoolagownStud will also be parading their new arrival, Zaha, at the sale grounds from the afternoon of Monday 2 February.
