Myboycharlie: the Prix Morny has moved to Normandy from Newmarket

Myboycharlie's first Mezeray fee is €4,500

THE HARAS du Mezeray in Normandy has announced its stallion fees for 2012.

Myboycharlie, who stood his first two seasons at the National Stud in Newmarket and is a new addition to the Mezeray roster, will stand at €4,500.

The Prix Morny-winning son of Danetime stood the past season at £5,000.

Another Morny winner, Whipper, will stand at a fee of €7,500. The son of Miesque's Son moved to Mezeray from Ballylinch Stud this year.

Muhtathir and Naaqoos, who are leased to Mezeray by Shadwell, will stand at €7,000 and €5,000.

Muhtathir is best known for his globetrotting Group 1-winning son Doctor Dino, while Naaqoos, a Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere-winning son of Oasis Dream, has his first foals on the ground.
