Soto sold to stand
in Saudi Arabia

GRADE 2 winner Soto, who was advertisedto stand this season at Walmac International in Kentucky for $5,000, has been sold to Saudi Arabia.

The nine-year-old son of Dehere will continue his stud career at Prince Sultan Al Kabeer's Nofa Equestrian Resort in Saudi Arabia.

Despite operating with only 35 two-year-olds, who were conceived during the stallion's time at Highclere Farm in Kentucky, Soto was represented by seven winners last season including dual Japanese stakes winner Suni.

Soto tasted victory in five of six starts during his racing career, notably when taking the Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes and Grade 3 West Virginia Derby.
