Wadham Park Nagambie for sale

AUSTRALIAN breeding operation Wadham Park Group plans to sell one of its Victorian farms, Wadham Park Nagambie.

The farm, previously known as Newlands Thoroughbreds, is situated on the historic Northwood Road and has been part of the Wadham Park operation since it was purchased in 2007.

The property shares a boundary with Darley Northwood Park in the heart of the rich north-east Victorian wine and thoroughbred region. Also on Northwood Road is Swettenham Stud

Wadham Park Nagambie has five houses, two spacious American-style barns for 36 horses, a 12-horse walker, a stallion barn and a breeding shed.

Wadham Park's Dale Sutton said: "We will be looking to consolidate back into our two properties, Wadham Park training centre and Woodside Park stud farm, at Tylden."
