Unbridled Song latest to be given a fee reduction

THE latest US stallion to be given a retrospective change to his planned stud fee for 2009 is Taylor Made Farm's Unbridled Song whose fee has been reduced by $25,000 from an original $150,000 to $125,000 stands and nurses.

According to the farm's press release, the stallion's success this year has prompted an unprecedented demand for his services compared to recent years, however, the statement went on to say that "given the adjustment in fees of two of the breed's other great stallions, namely A.P. Indy and Distorted Humor, we feel it is in the best interest of our customers to readjust Unbridled'sSong's 2009 fee to $112,500 live foal payable November 1, or $125,000 stands and nurses".
