Trimmed catalogue for OBS March Select Sale

A MORE Than Ready half-sister to Cherry Hinton Stakes heroine Sander Camillo is one ofthe stand-out lots of a 362-strong catalogue for the OBS March Sale of Selected Two-year-olds in Ocala, Florida, on March 13 - 14.

The catalogue is 26 per cent smaller than that for 2011.

The under tack show is scheduled to take place on March 8 -9.

Flying Fish, as agent, consigns the half-sister to Sander Camillo, who was unsold for $65,000 at last year's Keeneland September Sale.

Other lots of intereston paper include a Street Sense half-brother to Breeders' Cup Turf winner Dangerous Midge; a Speightstown half-brother to Richmond Stakes winner Montgomery's Arch; a Distorted Humor half-sister to American Horse of the Year Point Given; a sister to last season's Grade 1-winning juvenile Currency Swap, by leading young Florida stallion High Cotton; and a Smart Strike half-sister to top sprinter Visionaire.

The catalogue also features progeny from the first crops of Big Brown, Curlin, Majestic Warrior, Midnight Lute and Street Boss.

A son of Flatter topped last year's renewal when selling for $925,000 to prominent owner Kaleem Shah. In all, 244 lots were sold for a total of $25,563,000, average of $104,766 (-1.5 per cent) and median of $70,000 (-7 per cent).
