JIM Bolger's love affair with Teofilo continued at Leopardstown on Wednesday evening when his homebred Light Heavy won the Follow Leopardstown On Facebook Race at the expense of several highly regarded rivals.

Light Heavy, who was placed on his only start last year, is the 21st winner by Bolger's champion two-year-old Teofilo and out of Siamsa, the granddam of last year's Dewhurst Stakes winner Parish Hall - another first-crop son of Teofilo trained by Bolger.

Bolger said following the race: "A mile is minimum for Light Heavy, we'll be stepping him up from now on. He could be a Derby trial horse and he'll improve throughout the year. We'll know more about him when he steps up to 1m2f."

Siamsa, a winning daughter of Quest For Fame, is the dam of two other winners, Halla Siamsa and Beidh Tine Anseo.

Further back, it is the family of An Ghalanta, a Listed-winning sprint two-year-old for Bolger last season.

Siamsa has a two-year-old sister to the winner named Halla Na Saoire.

Teofilo, whose unbeaten juvenile season in 2006 encompassed wins in the Dewhurst and National Stakes, sired four stakes winners from his first crop of two-year-olds last year. The son of Galileo stands at Kildangan Stud for €25,000.
