Debut win for
grandson of Allegretta

YET another smart prospect appears to have emerged from the Allegretta line in the form of Thursday's debut winner Tertiary.

The son of Singspiel had only a rapidly diminishing head to spare over Activate in the 7f maiden at Brighton but he travelled well throughout and can be expected to build on this good start for Godolphin.

Tertiary is the eighth foal out of Allez Les Trois, a Group 3-winning daughter of Allegretta and therefore a half-sister to King's Best and Urban Sea, who needs no introduction as the dam of Sea The Stars and Galileo.

Allex Les Trois has also excelled herself at stud as the dam of Prix du Jockey-Club winner Anabaa Blue, himself the sire of last season's Arlington Million hero Spirit One, and the Listed-winning pair Reunite and Measured Tempo.

Allez Les Trois also features as the granddamof last season's leading French miler Tamayuz.

The daughter of Riverman has a yearling filly by Kingmambo, who is a sister to Reunite.
