Tatersalls February Sale catalogue published

THE catalogue for the 2009 Tattersalls February Sale, which takes place on Thursday, February 5, has been published.

Some 222 lots have been catalogued for the mixed sale, which features drafts from Darley, Juddmonte Farms and Shadwell Estates, as well as from trainers including John Gosden, Sir Michael Stoute, Richard Hannon and Mark Johnston.

The highest-rated horse in training due to be offered is Perfect Polly. A four-year-old daughter of Efisio trained by Jeremy Noseda, she won the Listed Cecil Frail Stakes in 2008 and finished fourth to Natagora in the 2007 Cheveley Park Stakes.

Also included in the catalogue are mares in-foal to the likes of Authorized, Holy Roman Emperor, Shamardal, Shirocco and Cockney Rebel.

The National Stud stallion parade will take place at 10.00 am, immediately before the sale begins.
