The son of Street Cry finished third to Midshipman in the Grade 1 Del Mar Futurity, then beat his victor by the same margin in theNorfolk Stakes. On his last start, he  finished third behind his nemesis in the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile at Santa Anita, where he reportedly sustained a knee injury.

He is out of the graded-placed SquallLinda, a daughter of Summer Squall.
