Spring At Last to stand for $15,000

GRADE 1 winner Spring At Last will enter stud at WinStar Farm in Kentucky next year at a fee of $15,000.

The Silver Deputy half-brother to Grade 1 winner Sharp Lisa was retired due to injury earlier this season following a career which yielded five wins headed by a success in the Donn Handicap. The Doug O'Neill-trained colt also captured the Group2 Godolphin Mile.

"We have always looked to set our stud fees very competitively within the marketplace," said Doug Cauthen of WinStar Farm.

"Silver Deputy has consistently been a successful sales sire and racehorse sire. We feel that $15,000 for his best son represents very good value."
