Into Mischief retired to Spendthrift Farm

INTO MISCHIEF, winner of last year's Grade 1 CashCall Futurity for two-year-olds, has been retired to stand at B. Wayne Hughes' Spendthrift Farm near Lexington, Kentucky.

The son of Harlan's Holiday finished second in the Grade 2 San Vicente Stakes at Santa Anita in February, won the Damascus Stakes at the same course in October, and signed off his racing career by finishing runner-up to Bob Black Jack in the Grade 1 Malibu Stakes on Boxing Day.

A $180,000 purchase from the Ocala two-year-old in training sales by Hughes, who owned him throughout his career, Into Mischief is out of the stakes-winning Tricky Creek mare Leslie's Lady.
