Solemia's sire Poliglote increased to €10,000

POLIGLOTE, sire of Arc heroine Solemia, will stand next season at Haras d'Etreham for €10,000, up from the €8,000 he commanded in 2012.

The 20-year-old son of Sadler's Wells is one of four stallions on the Etreham roster to receive a fee increase. The most significant belongs to Saint Des Saints, the sire of Quel Esprit and Quito De La Roque among others, who rises from €4,000 to €7,000.

Stormy River rises to €7,500 following a season in which he sired three stakes winners while Falco rises minimally to €7,500 off the back of a successful first crop, which includes Group 3 winner Snowday.

As in 2012, the roster is headed by Elusive City, although his fee has been cut from €15,000 to €12,500.
