Darley-bred Prima Vista lands Grade 2 hurdle

THE Grade 2 Rathbarry & Glenview Studs Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse on Monday went to a well related Darley-bred gelding, Prima Vista.

The son of Singspiel is out of Papering, who was second in the Nassau, Yorkshire Oaks and Prix Vermeille, and won the Group 2 Premio Lydia Tesio in Rome.

The daughter of Shaadi produced the Listed-winning three-year-old Dossier, also third in the Group 2 Matron Stakes, and Fourth Estate, a son of FantasticLight who has won both bumper starts for trainer Nicky Henderson.

Trained by Noel Meade, Prima Vista was sold as an unraced three-year-old to Mags O'Toole at the DBS December sale.
