SGA catalogue strong group for select sale

SGA have compiled a catalogue of 329 Italian-bred yearlings for their Selected Sale on September 24 - 25.

With the assistance of John Clarke, 127 lots have been selected for the opening session and 202 lots catalogued for the second session. Among them are an OasisDream half-brother to Group 1 winner Distant Way, an Ad Valorem half-brother to this season's leading French filly Joanna, a brother to Pressing, a half-brother by One Cool Cat to this year's dual Classic winner Worthadd, and an Oratorio half-brother to Group 1 winner Voila Ici.

Catalogues will be available on-line at sgasales.com from the middle of July.

Last year's sale saw turnover rise30 per cent from €819,500 to €1,065,500 and the average increase by nine per cent from €9,756 to €10,655.
