Schumer in deals
with Saudi Arabia

NORTH American stallions Act Of Duty and Will He Shine have been purchased for stallion duty in Saudi Arabia in a deal brokered by Chad Schumer of Schumer Bloodstock.

Grade 2 winner Will He Shine, a Silver Deputy half-brother to successful sire Cuvee, has spent the past five seasons at Millennium Farm in Kentucky. He is the sire of two crops of racing age and has been represented by 17 winners from 28 runners so far this year.

Will He Shine will be joined in Saudi Arabia by the former David Loder-trained Act Of Duty, a half-brother to Northern Afleet who sold for $3.6 million as a yearling.

The son of Nureyev, who was placed at Newbury for Loder, has spent eight seasons at Bridlewood Farm in Florida. Among his best runners are the Grade 3 Tropical Park Derby winner Fly By Phil.
