Indian Rocket switched to Hoguenet for 2010

FORMER Tally-Ho Stud resident Indian Rocket has been transferred from Haras des Faunes to stand alongside Group 1 sire Desert Style at Haras du Hoguenet from next year.

The 15-year-old son of Indian Ridge, who won the Mill Reef Stakes at two and finished third in the July Cupat three, was the leading sire of two-year-olds in France by progeny earnings last year, with eight individual winners who landed 13 races for prize money of €328,700.

His best runners to date are Listed winners Ruby Rocket, Matwan and the Scandinavian-trained Muskateer Steel.

Indian Rocket joins Paco Boy's sire Desert Style, Enrique, Forestier, Le Fou and Lord Du Sud on the Hoguenet stallion roster.

His 2010 fee has not yet been announced.
