Group 1 winner Serious Attitude to sell at Fasig

THE 2008 Cheveley Park Stakes winner Serious Attitude is to be sold as a broodmare prospect at Fasig-Tipton's selected mixed sale on November 7 by Kentucky-based agent T. Wayne Sweezey.

The four-year-old will be offered on behalf of owners Derek Willis and Rae Guest, who trains the filly.

Bred by Paddy Twomey, Seriuous Attitude is by Mtoto out of the dual-winning Cape Cross mare Zameyla, and was purchased for just 7,500gns at Tattersalls October Sale Book 3 when knocked down to Five Star International Bloodstock.

She won all three starts at two over 6f, before finishing seventh to Ghanaati in the 1,000 Guineas, and took the Group 3 Summer Stakes on her second start at three.

She will be aimed at the Group 1 Nearctic Stakes on turf at Woodbine before her sale.
