Pivotal heads Cheveley Park roster at £45,000

PIVOTAL will once again head the Cheveley Park Stud roster next season at £45,000, the same figure that he commanded in 2012.

The stud's stalwart, who is rising 20, has enjoyed another productive year thanks to the exploits of Pretty Polly Stakes heroine Izzi Top and progressive, high-class sprinter Maarek among others.

His daughters have also fared well, producing the likes of runaway  July Cup hero Mayson, who will stand his first season at Cheveley Park Stud for £8,000. In addition to the July Cup, Mayson was also successful in the Palace House Stakes and was narrowly denied in the Prix de l'Abbaye.
