Stud manager Peter Stanley said: "He's a lovely chestnut colt, very correct. We're very happy. It was a very straightforward foaling in the early hours of Friday morning."

Lord Derby's ten-year-old mare, winner of the 2004 English and Irish Oaks and two Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turfs, has yet to have a runner but her first foal, Voodoo Prince by Kingmambo, and her second, a colt by Monsun, could both make their debuts this year.

Voodoo Prince is trained - like his mother - by Ed Dunlop and is entered in the Wood Ditton Stakes, Dante and the Derby.

Ouija Board has a yearling filly by Galileo and is set to visit Dubawi this year.
