Grade 1-winning sprinter Zensational: his sire, Unbridled's Song, has had his fee cut to $115,000 for 2010

Unbridled's Song reduced to $115k

LEADING US sire Unbridled's Song will stand for a reduced fee of $115,000 in 2010. The son of Unbridled, who sired two Grade 1 winners this season, is one of four stallions at Taylor Made Stallions in Kentucky to have had his fee cut for 2010.

Forestry, who as little as two years ago stood for $100,000, is available for $17,500 while Officer has been dropped to $10,000. Third season sire Master Command will stand for $12,500.

However, the farm has stepped up the fee for Afleet Alex's sire, Northern Afleet, to $10,000 after a good season which yielded nine stakes winnersincluding Grade 1 heroine Negligee. The son of Afleet was advertised at $7,500 last year.

Old Fashioned, a Grade 2-winning son of Unbridled's Song who was retired from racing midway through the past season, will stand his first year at $12,500.

Missing from the roster is third season sire Half Ours and Forest Danger, whose first crop are rising three-years-old. Southern Image has been relocated to Rancho San Miguel in California.
