Reel Buddy
sold to Greece

SUSSEX Stakes winner Reel Buddy has been sold to stand in Greece in a deal brokered by Ed Sackville of Kern/Lillingston Assocation. The son of Mr Greeley has been acquired to cover mares belonging to the international shipping magnate John Chandris.

Reel Buddy, who banked over £400,000 in earnings during his four season racing career, has stood atBearstone Stud in Shropshire since 2004.

He was scheduled to stand next season as a dual-purpose stallion at a fee of £1,250.

Reel Buddy's best performers from two crops of racing age are the stakes-placed fillies Reel Gift and Aunt Nicola.
