Mimi Lebrock to go under the hammer

MIMI LEBROCK, one of the leading Australian racemares of recent seasons, will be offered at the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale in June.

The daughter of Show A Heart has won five or her 16 career starts, including the Group 2 Tristarc Stakes last October. She also finished third in the Myer Classic and the Emirates Stakes, both Group 1 races, in November.

A graduate of the Conrad Jupiters Magic Millions yearling sale, Mimi Lebrock won the $1 million Magic Millions two-year-old Classic race at two.

Magic Millions managing director David Chester commented: "It's great to know Mimi Lebrock is coming back to the Gold Coast to be offered a the southern hemisphere's premier breeding stock sale.

"Unlike many mares, she was an incredibly consistent galloper at an elite level. Some mares sneak a stakes win and then train off, but with Mimi this certainly wasn't the case."

An unraced full-sister to Mimi Lebrock named Show Me Love is also among the entries for the National sale.
