Classic Legend heads Goffs February entries

GOFFS has published the catalogue for its February Sale. Some 515 lots have been entered for the auction, which takes place on February 9 and 10.

Listed Montrose Fillies' Stakes winner Classic Legend heads the Flat breeding stock opportunities in the catalogue.

The daughter of Galileo and Group 3 Futurity Stakes heroine Lady Lahar will be offered by Jockey Hall Stud on behalf of her owner Moira McNamara.

Other intriguing breeding prospects on offer include half-sisters to Campfire Glow, Septimus and Vale Of York, as well as Midnight Angel, the dam of Group 1 Middle Park Stakes scorer Dark Angel and last season's Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes runner-up Angel's Pursuit, who topped the DBS Breeze-up Sale at £190,000.

The mixed sale also features Flat yearlings and two-year-olds by sires including Cape Cross, Dalakhani, Motivator, Oasis Dream and Teofilo, and jumps prospects.
