First mares scanned okay for new sire Stimulation

NEW sire Stimulation has had his first mares scanned in foal.

The son of Choisir retired to the Llety Stud at a fee of £3,000, and stud boss David Hodges said that two mares were scanned positive on Thursday.

They are the Nureyev mare Peneia, who hails  from the  family of Chimes Of Freedom, Denon and Spinning World, and the Wolfhound mare Sakh, winner of the Rous Stakes and half-sister to five black-type horses including Volochine.
