Linngari: visitors to Bonneval will get to see the stud's new acquisition

Haras de Bonneval opens its doors on Saturday

DERBY winner Sinndar and first season sire Linngari will be on show at the Haras de Bonneval open day in Normandy on Saturday.

Gates open at 10am and breeders will have the opportunity to participate in a prize draw for free nominations to each stallion.

Sinndar, who also triumphed in the National Stakes, Irish Derby and Arc, will stand the upcoming season for €10,000.

From five crops of racing age, heis the sire of four Group 1 performers including last season’s Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud winner Youmzain and Irish Oaks heroine Shawanda.

Newcomer Linngari will stand his first season for €5,000. The son of Indian Ridge made his name as a top-class globetrotter during five seasons on the track, taking 11 races including the Premio Vittorio di Capua and Grosser Dallmayr Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen. He was also the top-rated older sprinter in Germany in 2006.
