Linda's Lad
retired to stud

GROUP 1 winner Linda's Lad has been retired and will enter stud at Haras de Grandcamp in France next year at a fee of €3,500.

Trained by Andre Fabre, Linda's Lad won four races headed by the Group 1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud as a two-year-old.

The son of Sadler's Wells also landed the Group 3 Lingfield Derby Trial, after which he became alive fancy for the Epsom Derby, before finishing third in the Group 2 Prix Eugene Adam.

Laurent Benoit's Broadhurst Agency purchased Linda's Lad, now five-years-old, for €150,000 at the Arqana Arc Sale in October.

Out of the winning Alleged mare Colza, Linda's Lad is from the immediate family of Arc winner Rail Link and the outstanding racemare Dahlia.
