Librettist to shuttle
to New Zealand

GROUP 1-winning miler Librettist will shuttle to Westbury Stud in Karaka, New Zealand for the forthcoming southern hemisphere season.

The Danzig half-brother to Dubai Destination, who is currently standing at Haras du Logis in France, stood his first southern hemisphere season at Darley Kelvinside near Aberdeen in Australia last year.

After an encouraging juvenile year, which saw him take two of three starts, Librettist was forced to the sidelines by injury. However, he rebounded as a four-year-old toregister five consecutive victories including the Prix Jacques le Marois and the Prix du Moulin.

Librettist stood his first two seasons at Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket but was transferred to Haras du Logis this year, where he stands for €7,000. His first northern hemisphere crop are yearlings.
