CLASSIC winner Natagora heads a catalogue of 1,229 horses entered for the Tattersalls December Mares Sale, which is set to run from December 1st to 4th.
The Cheveley Park Stakes and1,000 Guineas heroine is likely to be joined at Newmarket by other top-class fillies such as recent Prix de l'Opera winner Lady Marian, last year's 1,000 Guineas runner-up Arch Swing, Moyglare Stud Stakes heroine Saoirse Abu, Queen Elizabeth II Stakes third Sabana Perdida and the flying South African filly National Colour.
Also noteworthy is Anna Pavlova, winner of this season's Lancashire Oaks, and St. Leger second Unsung Heroine.
Those catalogued with Classic aspirations include last week's Rockfel Stakes heroine Lahaleeb and Queen Mary Stakes winner Langs Lash.
Proven producers such as Rahayeb, dam of champion Lahudood, Mise, dam of Nahoodh, Sacarina, dam of Samum, and Our Queen Of Kings, whose daughter Spinning Queen sold for 3m guineas at this sale two years ago, are other notable entries.
Catalogued on the final day are ten colts and stallions including Sampower Star, Silent Times, Tendulkar and Tillerman.
