Sea The Stars stud decision within fortnight

A DECISION on where Sea The Stars will begin his stud career is expected within two weeks, according to an advisor to the superstar racehorse’s owners.

John Clarke, who has enjoyed a long relationship with the six-time Group 1 winner’s owner Christopher Tsui and the latter’s mother Ling, confirmed yesterday that Mrs Tsui is still assessing the various options available to her following the retirement of the world’s highest-rated horse.

Clarke said: “Ling Tsui is still deciding what she will do. She is still considering all her options.

“I would say that there will probably be in a decision in a couple of weeks. She doesn’t want things to drag on into late November and wants to make up her mind while the very best mares are available.”
