Fifth bonus of the day for Holy Roman Warrior

THE fifth Racing Post Yearling Bonus to be paid out on Friday went to Jeannette Penman, owner of Holy Roman Warrior who won a 7f maiden at York.

The Richard Fahey-trained colt was sold by Croom House Stud for £70,000 at the DBS Premier Yealring sale, and is a half-brother to Group 3 winner Corsica.

He is the second winner of the evening for second-season sire Holy Roman Emperor, whose three-year-old son Hadrian's Waltz won the opening maiden at Wexford.

He is out of the Sadler's Wells mare Dance To The Top, herself runner-up in the Fillies' Mile.
