Vangelis switches to Haras du Bois
GROUP 2 winner Vangelis has been transferred to Daniel Cole's Haras du Bois d'Argile near Chantilly where he will stand the upcoming season for €2,000.
The son of Highest Honor, who will be the first stallion to stand at Haras du Bois d'Argile, was originally scheduled to serve this season at Haras de Grandcamp.
Vangelis won the Group 2 Prix d'Harcourt and Group 3 Grand Prix de Vichy for Alain de Royer-Dupre before switching to the US where he ran placed in a trio of Grade 1 events for Bobby Frankel.
Vangelis moved to Haras de Grandcamp last year after standing his first three seasons at Haras du Pley. His first crop of 22 are three-year-olds this year.
