Cheveley Park welcomes regally-bred new foals

CHEVELEY Park Stud in Newmarket has welcomed a host of new foals related to its star performers.

Fillies' Mile and back-to-back Blandford Stakes winner Red Bloom produced her fourth foal, a bay filly from the first crop of  world champion Sea The Stars, on March 8.

The daughter of Selkirk and Prestige Stakes winner Red Camellia will be bred to Dansili this year.

Dual Dahlia Stakes winner and three-times Group 1-placed Heaven Sent produced her first foal, a bay colt by Dansili, on February 25.

The Pivotal sister to triple Grade 1 winner Megahertz visits Sea The Stars' sire Cape Cross this year.

Multiple stakes producer Miswaki Belle delivered her 13th foal, a bay daughter of Pivotal, on March 5.

The new arrival is a sister to high-class pair Humouresque andMighty, and a half-sister to Flying Five heroine Danehurst.

Miswaki Belle returns to Pivotal this spring.

Listed-placed Canda, added to the Cheveley Park broodmare band at a cost of $2.4 million at Keeneland in 2005, produced a bay filly by Oasis Dream on February 23.

Canda is by Storm Cat and out of the brilliant mare Miesque's dual Classic-winning daughter East Of The Moon. Her previous progeny includes Horris Hill Stakes scorer and St James's Palace Stakes fourth Evasive.

Canda returns to Oasis Dream this year.

The Primo Dominie mare Noble One produced a brother to Sun Chariot and Lockinge Stakes winner Peeress on February 28.

The chestnut colt, who weighed in at 68kg, is by Pivotal and his dam returns to the sire this spring.

Winter Hill Stakes scorer Queen's Best, a daughter of King's Best, produced her second foal, a bay filly by Dansili, on March 3.

Queen's Best is out of Nell Gwyn Stakes winner Cloud Castle, an In The Wings half-sister to Luso, Needle Gun and Warrsan. She visits Oasis Dream this year.

Dublino, winner of the Del Mar Oaks and bought by Cheveley Park for $1.2m, produced a bay colt by Authorized on February 27. The daughter of Lear Fan's next date is with Tamayuz.

Listed-winning sprinter Danehill Destiny, a close relation to Queen Elizabeth II Stakes hero Where Or When, produced her first foal on March7.

The new arrival is a bay filly by Pivotal, and the dam returns to the sire this year.
