Aga Khan offers 14
for private sale

THE Aga Khan is offering 14 horses of racing age for private sale in Ireland and France.

The decision comes following the recent success of Aga Khan graduates such as Triumph Hurdle winner Zaynar and this season's Hong Kong Gold Cup third Eyshal. The operation was also the source of French champion hurdler Zaiyad.

Among the draftis a number of well-bred fillies including Firoza, an unraced daughter of King's Best out of a sister to Group 1 winner Fragrant Mix, and Parvanah, an unraced daughter of Linamix out of the Group 3-placed Posadas.

The operation is also selling several well-connected colts and geldings including Zalakar, a son of the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches winner Zalaiyka, and Kartanian, a Kalanisi half-brother to last season's Group winner Katiyra.
