Whatsthescript
to stand in India

WHATSTHESCRIPT, who was third to Goldikova in the 2008 Breeders' Cup Mile, has been acquired to stand at Capricorn Stud Farm in India.

The Irish-bred son of Royal Applause, who is rising eight-years-old, spent the 2010 season at Tommy Town Thoroughbreds in California but was put back into training this year.

Whatsthescript was initially trained in Ireland by David Wachman, for whom he won a Roscommon maiden and was Listed-placed as a two-year-old. Sold to California at the end of that year, he went on to land three Graded stakes for Gary Contessa including the Grade 2 American Handicap and Grade 2 Del Mar Handicap in 2008.

Bred by Chris McHale and Jimmy Hyland, Whatsthescript is out of the Lion Cavern mare Grizel, a half-sister to the Group 2-placed two-year-old Queen Of Poland.
