Gainesway Farm releases stud fees for 2013

GAINESWAY Farm's flagship sire Tapit will command an unchanged fee of $125,000 in 2013.

The son of Pulpit has sired three Grade/Group 1 winners this season, including Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile hero Tapitzar, who will stand alongside his sire at Gainesway next year for a fee of $15,000.

To Honor And Serve, a dual Grade 1-winning son of Bernardini, will stand his first season at Gainesawy at a fee of $30,000.

Hat Trick, whose first crop included the outstanding juvenile Dabirsim, remains unchanged at $15,000, as is Birdstone at $10,000.

Fees for Afleet Alex and his son Afleet Express have both been reduced to $15,000 (from $20,000 in 2012) and $5,000 (from $6,500 in 2012).

Corinthian's fee is down $7,500 at $10,000 and Orientate has had his fee reduced by $1,000 and will stand for $6,500 in 2013.
