HAYDOCK Sprint Cup winner Goodricke was represented by his first winner on Friday when Dunhoy won the 1m1f maiden at Wolverhampton by 11 lengths for trainer Stef Higgins.

Bred by Rossenarra Bloodstock Limited in Ireland, Dunhoy is a half-brother to two winners and out of Belle Of The Blues, an unplaced daughter of Blues Traveller.

He is one of five runners in Britain and Ireland by Goodricke, a brother to Pastoral Pursuits who stood one season at Overbury Stud before transferring to Italy. Two seasons later, he was on his travels again, this time switching to Gestut Ohlerweiherhof in Germany, where he stood the past season for €4,000.
