JUDAS became the first winner for freshman sire Eurosilver when successful in a 4½ furlong maiden claiming race at Calder on Friday.

Eurosilver, a son of Unbridled, won four of 12 starts, twice as a juvenile, including the 2003 Lane's End Breeders' Futurity (Gr2). In 2005, he finished second to Saint Liam in the Stephen Foster Handicap (G1) at Churchill Downs.

The eight-year-old stands for $10,000 at Dromoland Farm in Kentucky. He has 143 foals in his first crop, and his yearlings averaged $45,627 last autumn for 99 sold.
