Listed win for
Kendor juvenile filly

DORIANA, a daughter of deceased sire Kendor, was the narrow winner of the Criterium de Vitesse on Thursday. The race is for two-year-olds and is run over 5f at Longchamp.

Bred and owned by Scuderia de la Perrigne, the filly is out of the Snurge mare Urgence, an unplaced half-sister to Criterium deMaisons-Laffitte heroine Centifolia.

Doriana is the third Listed stakes-winning filly for her sire this year, after Calbuco and Vattene. The retirement of Literato, one of Kendor's best runners, to Haras de la Reboursiere et de Montaigu was announced earlier this month.
