Chasing Aces trump card for DBS Future Stars

CHASING ACES enhanced his value ahead of an engagement at the DBS Future Stars National Hunt Sale at Newbury on November 27, with victory in a Ludlow bumper on Thursday.

The four-year-old gelding is owned and trained by Rebecca Curtis. His run at Ludlow marked his first start in Britain, having run down the field in a Killarney bumper on his sole previous start in May.

Chasing Aces is by Definite Article and out of the Epervier Bleu mare Daprika, a winning half-sister to high-class jumpers Geos and Kapgarde.

He is set to go through the ring at Newbury as lot 61, consigned by Curtis's Fforest Farm Stables.
