David Pipe: trains Kazzene for Gloria Victis's owner Terry O'Neill

Kempton: Arqana buy Kazzene opens account

KAZZENE, a David Pipe-trained son of Cozzene, made a winning debut in the opening juvenile hurdle at Kempton.

Owned by Terry O’Neill, who has enjoyed success with ex-French chasers such as Gloria Victis and Dark Stranger, Kazzene was sold for €88,000 at Arqana’s June Sale, having won over 1m2f on heavy ground at Cagnes-sur-Mer.

Bred in the US by Hopewell Investments LLC, Kazzene made $70,000 at the Keeneland September Yearling sale.
