Unbeaten juvenile Run Away And Hide retired

RUN AWAY AND HIDE, an unbeaten two-year-old son of City Zip,  has been retired from racing and will stand at Darby Dan Farm in Kentucky.

The Ronny Werner-trained colt won first time out over 5f at Keeneland, beating subsequent Grade 3 winner Silent Valor by more than three lengths.

On his next start he won the Grade 3 Kentucky Stakes at Churchill Downs, and on his third and final start he landed the Grade 2 Saratoga Special Stakes over 7f.

Run Away and Hide will stand at $7,500 in his first season at stud.
