Regal Parade relative set for Tatts October Book 1

A DANSILI half-brother to two of the weekend's big winners, Prix Maurice de Gheest hero Regal Parade and Haydock heritage handicap scorer Hot Prospect, has been catalogued for Book 1 of this year's Tattersalls October yearling sale.

The March-foaled colt will be consigned by his breeders Highclere Stud, who also sold Regal Parade in Book 1 for 430,000gns in 2005, and Hot Prospect for 230,000gns two years ago.

Their dam, the Kingmambo mare Model Queen, won over 7f at three and is a grandaughter of blue hen Mofida, ancestress of Zafonic, Zamindar, Elmaamul and Reams Of Verse, as well as last month's Nassau Stakes heroine Midday.

Dansili has been in cracking form this summer, supplying Highclere's breathtaking King George hero Harbinger as well as Sunday's Phoenix Stakes winner Zoffany among a slew of Group scorers.

The full catalogue for Book 1 of the Tattersalls October yearling sale is published on August 17.
