Dams of Triple Crown duo set for Fasig-Tipton

THE dams of I'll Have Another and Bodemeister, first and second in this year's Kentucky Derby and Preakness,  will be offered for sale in November at Fasig-Tipton.

Both will be offered by the Seitz family's Brookdake Farm on Monday November 5.

Arch's Gal Edith, the dam of Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner I'll Have Another, is in foal to Gio Ponti. Bodemeister's dam Untouched Talent, is in foal to Unbridled's Song.

Brookdale's Joe Seitz said: "I'll Have Another's dam is owned by Harvey Clarke and resides at Brookdale. I'll Have Another was foaled and raised through most of his yearling year here. Bodemeister' dam is owned by Audley Farm in Virginia and resides here seasonally.

"Both owners are long-time clients and valued friends and we are honoured they have entrusted us with these two valuable, young mares. The timing is perfect, they are both in foal to very exciting stallions and we are looking forward to a big night on November 5."
