Dam of Dark Angel heads Goffs February entries

MIDNIGHT ANGEL, the dam of Middle Park Stakes winner and sire Dark Angel, features among the 533 horses entered for the Goffs February Sale.

This year's renewal of the mixed sale, which has been shortened to two days, takes place on Tuesday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 11.

Goffs chief executive Henry Beebysaid: "The February Sale has been a market leader for a number of years and this catalogue should confirm that reputation once again, as each section is packed full of unrivalled quality."

Besides Midnight Angel, who will be sold in-foal to Dark Angel's sire Acclamation, other breeding prospects catalogued in the sale include last year's Irish 1,000 Guineas third, Carribean Sunset, and half-sisters to Group 1 winners Alexander Tango, Favourable Terms and Mark Of Esteem.

The sale also features Flat-bred yearlings (by sires including Acclamation, Dalakhani, Dubawi, Invincible Spirit and Oasis Dream), Flat-bred two-year-olds, and jumps-bred yearlings and older horses.
