Centennial retired to Haras de la Hetraie

GROUP 2 winner Centennial will embark on his stallion career in France next year.

The five-year-old son of Dalakhani will stand at the Haras de la Hetraie at a fee of €1,500.

Originally trained by John Gosden, Centennial won the Haynes, Hanson & Clark Conditions Stakes at two and the Great Voltigeur Stakes at three.

Trained this season by Jonjo O'Neill, the horse has finished placed in a handicap.

Centennial is out of Lurina, a Group 2-placed half-sister to Prix d’Ispahan winner Croco Rouge and to Alidiva, dam of three top-flight scorers in Ali-Royal, Sleepytime and Taipan.
