Nobiz Like Shobiz to Crestwood Farm

WOOD Memorial Stakes winner Nobiz Like Shobiz will move to Pope McLean's Crestwood Farm in Kentucky next year after spending his first three seasons at stud at Darby Dan Farm.

The seven-year-old son of Albert the Great, whose first crop are yearlings, will stand at $5,000 stands and nurses.

Trained by Barclay Tagg, Nobiz Like Shobiz landed the Grade 2 Remsen Stakes and was second to Scat Daddy in the Grade 1 Champagne Stakes at two and won five Graded events at three, headed by the Wood Memorial.

McLean said: "He has excellent conformation, was a Grade 2 winner and a Grade 1 performer at 2, and also was a Grade 1 winner at three. He won Graded stakes on both dirt and turf."

Nobiz Like Shobiz made 12 of his 13 starts in Graded events and was retired with a record of seven wins and earnings of $1,544,730.

Nobiz Like Shobiz, out of the Storm Cat mare Nightstorm, covered 170 mares in his first two seasons at stud.
