First foal arrives for Cheveley's Dutch Art

CHEVELEY Park Stud welcomed a member of Dutch Art's first crop on Saturday when Radiate foaled a chestnut filly. She is believed to be the first on the ground for her dual Group 1-winning sire.

The filly is also the first foal out of the Sadler's Wells mare Radiate, a half-sister to the Group 1-placed Polar Force.

"I am most encouraged by the eye-catching appearance of this filly, whose size, substance, balance and quality give much needed optimism in these uncertain times," said Chris Richardson, managing director of Cheveley Park.

Dutch Art won four races during his two year career including the Prix Morny and Middle Park Stakes. The son of Medicean stands at Cheveley Park Stud for £6,000.
