Brightwells adds 29 to Hunter Chase Sale

BRIGHTWELLS has added a further 29 Wild Card entries to its new Hunter Chase Meeting Sale at Cheltenham on May 5. The additional entries brings the number of lots catalogued to 133.

They include Nicene Creed, a gelding from Kennycourt Stud who ran second to Backspin on his debut in a competitive bumper at the Punchestown Festival.

Howard Johnson will send through six horses including the promising novice chasers Passport Control, Logans Run and Pemberton.

Also catalogued are 11 point-to-pointers who have won or been placed over the last two weekends. They include the triple scorer Castle Moton and impressive winners Ashtown Boy, Lord Alfie, Bunglasha Lady and Norwich Well.
