Ballylinch increases Lawman fee to €20,000

BALLYLINCH Stud has raised Lawman's stud fee by €5,000 to €20,000 in 2013.

The increased fee comes after a successful season, that has seen the son of Invincible Spirit sire the St James's Palace winner
Most Improved and Group 1-winning two-year-old Law Enforcement.

Beat Hollow, who covered 104 mares during his first season at Ballylinch, has seen his fee rise by €500 to €6,500.

Fees for Dream Ahead and Intense Focus remain unchanged at €17,500 and €5,000, while Lope de Vega's fee has been lowered to €12,500 from €15,000 in 2012.

Ballylinch Stud managing director John O'Connor said: "This has been a great year for Ballylinch Stallions with Lawman, the leading
second-crop sire in Europe, having four Group 1 horses already and his biggest crop of two-year-olds to date to run for him next year.  He will be supported next season by the most successful breeders in Europe.
